Role: CAD Technician
Location: Hoddesdon

Joining a busy and growing CAD team within an established industry leader, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge lighting control systems.
Based out of a recently refurbished HQ in Hoddesdon, this multi-million-pound business provide hi-end systems for commercial buildings. With a strong foothold in the market, they have a significant customer base which is ever growing, thus increasing the demand on the production team year on year.
What’s expected of you?
Create technical drawings and schematics using 2D AutoCAD software
working closely with the CAD and wider engineering teams to understand their requirements, adhere to standards and provide necessary adjustments
Flexible working approach
Use of Bluebeam software, teams and outlookWhat are we looking for?
AutoCAD 2D experience ideally within a mechanical/electrical environment
Preferably an understanding of electrical circuitry/schematics but not critical
Experience within lighting and/or building services would be seen advantageous
Eager to develop and work as part of a team in a busy production environment
Ability to manage given workload via dates and provided software~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
