You will be expected to:

Provide management direction, development and support to a team of staff within a residential community and/or day care setting.
Provide a service that flexibly meets the needs of all people using the service.
Provide a service that is representative of the community it services, meeting the needs of Black and Ethnic Minority Communities and women.
To manage budgets within agreed budgetary limits. 
In this role you will:

Hold or currently be working towards a minimum of level 4 qualification in Adult Social Care or Equivalent.
2 years’ experience of working with older people in a residential setting.
2 years’ experience of direct supervision and managing teams.
Obtain registration with the Care Quality Commission within 6 months of commencing post.
Be flexible to the needs of the organisation and the service.
