SEN Teaching Assistant - Smethwick

Pay: £150-£200 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools across Smethwick.

This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants who enjoy helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and thrive in an inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with SEND needs
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Assisting teachers with classroom activities
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and academic skills

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children with SEND
A caring and patient approach
Strong communication skills
A commitment to supporting every child's learning journey
