* Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting independence.
* Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and social skills.
* Supervising pupils during breaktimes and lunchtimes.
* Supporting emotional wellbeing and safeguarding children at all times.
* Preparing classroom resources and learning materials.
* Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers.
* Assisting with intervention programmes and targeted support sessions.
* Contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

* Holds a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant training (desirable).
