Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Stockport
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

It would suit a technically strong Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and playing a key role in delivering projects through construction.
Package:
* Salary of £45,000 – £50,000 (Commensurate with Experience)
* Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
* 4.5-day working week
* 1pm finish every Friday
* Strong focus on work/life balance

Office: Stockport
Hours: Full time – Monday to Thursday with an early finish at 1pm on Fridays
Duties:
* Lead the technical delivery of residential projects through construction
* Produce and oversee detailed technical packages using Revit
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
* Attend site meetings and provide technical input during live projects
* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and construction standards
* Support project teams with detailing, problem-solving and technical guidance
Requirements:
* Degree Qualified in Architecture, Architectural Technology or similar field
* Strong experience as an Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist
* Excellent Revit skills are essential
* Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing and delivery
* Experience working on residential, affordable housing or social housing projects
* Confident communication skills for client and contractor liaison
* Ability to take ownership of technical packages through to construction
