Project Manager

This Permanent, Full-time role offers hybrid working, full responsibility for delivering major instructions and involvement in business development across private and public sector clients. The position provides a structured progression pathway alongside a varied project portfolio.

Responsibilities

* Deliver projects through all stages to agreed cost, programme and quality targets

* Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

* Build and manage client relationships to support repeat business

* Contribute to proposals and wider business development initiatives

* Manage project budgets, financial performance and multidisciplinary coordination

Requirements

* Degree in a relevant built environment discipline

* Consultancy project management experience

* Professional membership with RICS, CIOB or APM preferred

* Experience managing project risk and client relationships

* Strong budgeting, financial management and commercial awareness

Salary & Package

* Salary of £50,977–£60,836 including car allowance

* Performance-related annual bonus
