September Start | Full-Time | Paid to Scale
A welcoming primary school in Northampton is looking to appoint a committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school where you'll have the chance to inspire young learners and help them build strong foundations in their education. The school is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about delivering engaging lessons that bring learning to life.
The role will involve:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Monitoring pupils' progress and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
Working closely with colleagues, teaching assistants and parents
Contributing to the wider school community and school eventsWe're looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or is an ECT looking for their first teaching role
Has strong classroom management skills
Is organised, motivated and committed to helping every child succeed
Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain oneWhat's on offer:

Full-time, term-time position
Paid to scale (MPS/UPS)
Supportive leadership and friendly staff team
Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
