Stone Casting Operative (Long-Term Career Opportunity)
Location: Kingsnorth Industrial Estate, Hoo, Rochester, Kent
Position: Full-Time
Hours: Mon–Fri, 7.30am – 4.30pm
Salary: Minimum wage to start, working via the CIS scheme on a self-employed basis. Competitive pay after probationary period

In this role, you will be hands-on, helping to craft high-quality stone products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing moulds and mixing materials to exact specifications.
* Casting, demoulding, and finishing high-quality stone products.
* Ensuring quality control and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
* Handling heavy materials and operating production equipment.
What We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Physically Fit: This is a demanding, fast-paced role that involves heavy lifting and manual labour throughout the day.
* Reliable & Punctual: We operate as a tight-knit team, so turning up on time every day with a strong work ethic is essential.
* Driver with Own Transport: Due to our location, you must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own reliable transport (public transport is not viable for this location).
* Commitment: We are specifically looking for someone seeking a stable, long-term position to grow with the company.
* Previous experience in stone casting, concrete manufacturing, or heavy construction is a plus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
