Booth Welsh have a great opportunity for a Control Systems Engineer to join our team and work on a long term job within the energy industry.
We have a large portfolio of work and therefore this role would suit someone long term, either on a contract hourly rate basis or become member of our Staff team.
Site based(Ayrshire)
Develop familiarity with site control systems architecture
Become proficient with the SCADA application and site documentation standards and processes
Progress outstanding SCADA application punch list items
Follow site process for documentation and close out procedures of punch list items

FactoryTalk Alarm and Events
FactoryTalk Transaction Manager
Historian
SQL Server MS 2008
Networking
Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix
Rockwell PLC to PLC communications – Produced/Consumed exchanges
Possible future work
Gain an in depth understanding of the software layout and structure of the main Process PLC to be able to support the existing site resource
