They are looking to welcome an Administrator to their friendly and supportive team. Secretarial Administrator's Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial secretarial support, including preparing confirmations and statements.

Manage client onboarding, including ID and passport verification checks.

Complete Companies House administration and maintain statutory registers.

Process bills accurately and support the team's day-to-day administrative functions.

Carry out anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks and ensure accurate record keeping.

Skills & Experience Required as a Secretarial Administrator:

Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative or office support role.

Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.

Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Experience within a legal or professional services environment and knowledge of AML or Companies House processes would be advantageous.

Benefits Package:

Salary of up to £27k (dependent on experience)

25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
