My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Support Desk Administrator to join their busy team on a full time permanent basis. This will be an office based role.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Support Desk Administrator to join our busy team. You'll be the central point of contact for engineers and subcontractors, ensuring jobs are scheduled, tracked and completed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and emails
Log and update jobs on internal systems
Allocate work to engineers and subcontractors
Chase updates and required paperwork
Keep colleagues informed of job progress and changes
Escalate issues when required
Record daily engineer conference calls
Essential Skills

Previous administration experience (minimum 1 year)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow procedures accurately
Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure
Positive attitude and a strong team player
