Welder Fabricator - Nottingham

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual seeking a stable, full-time, day-shift position within a busy and growing workshop environment.

The successful candidate will be working with both mild steel and stainless steel, producing high-quality fabricated components and assemblies from engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication and welding of mild steel and stainless steel components.
Reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings.
MIG and TIG welding to a high standard.
Measuring, cutting, forming and assembling metalwork.
Operating workshop machinery and fabrication equipment safely.
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.Requirements

Previous experience as a Welder Fabricator within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
Experience welding mild steel and stainless steel.
Competent with MIG welding; TIG welding experience would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What's On Offer?
