Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client, based in Haverhill, is seeking a reliable and professional Office Administrator to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who enjoys providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office.

The Role

As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

* Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email

* Processing customer orders accurately using the company's in-house system

* Carrying out a variety of general office administration duties

* Greeting and assisting customers, visitors and suppliers

* Maintaining accurate records and documentation

* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required

The Idealc andidate will have:

* Previous experience in an office administration role

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

* The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a busy office environment

* A positive, proactive and professional attitude

Experience using social media platforms for business purposes
