This is a varied and client-facing role focused on commercial office and industrial projects, with a heavy emphasis on cut and carve, refit and refurbishment schemes across central London. Construction Project Manager Job Overview
Deliver end-to-end project management services on commercial office, industrial and refurbishment schemes across London
Manage cut and carve, refit and refurbishment projects from feasibility through to completion and handover
Assist in managing project programmes, budgets and risk across multiple concurrent instructions
Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
Chair project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
Prepare and manage project documentation including reports, programmes and risk registers
Support senior colleagues with client relationship management and business development activities
Work collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary practice to deliver integrated consultancy services
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
Construction Project Manager Requirements
MRICS or MAPM qualified - chartered status is essential
Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
Consultancy-side Project Management experience
Experience delivering commercial office, industrial or refurbishment projects
Exposure to cut and carve, refit or refurbishment projects would be advantageous
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
