Diagnosing complex faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
Conducting vehicle health checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Completing service and repair documentation accurately and efficiently
Providing exceptional customer care and support in line with dealership standards
Ensuring workshop safety and compliance at all timesRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or automotive workshop
Qualified to a relevant automotive technician standard (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with latest automotive technology
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Driven to undertake ongoing professional development
