Shift: Double Day Shift (Earlies/Lates)
Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 DOE + Overtime

A well-established and growing manufacturing business is looking to recruit a CNC Machinist to join their production team on a double day shift. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities:
Set and operate CNC machines (milling or turning) to produce precision components
Work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications
Carry out tool changes, offsets, and basic programme edits where required
Inspect own work using measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges)
Ensure parts are manufactured to tight tolerances and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
The Person:
Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Setter/Operator or similar
Experience with CNC milling or turning (Fanuc, Mazak or similar controls beneficial)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Flexible to work a double day shift pattern
