Role Responsibilities
As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:
Setting and operating CNC milling machines using FANUC control systems.
Producing precision-engineered components in line with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Carrying out tool setting, tool changes and offset adjustments.
Conducting self-inspection of completed work to drawing and SPC requirements.
Using a variety of measuring equipment to ensure components meet strict quality standards.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The Person
Proven experience working as a CNC Machinist, CNC Setter/Operator or CNC Miller within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out self-inspection using standard measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality precision components.
Experience within aerospace or other high-precision manufacturing environments would be advantageous, although not essential.

39 hours per week
