A Freelance Site Manager is required to oversee the early stages of a new build care home development. Enabling works have just been completed and they are about to commence the groundworks phase. This is initally for 3 months, with the possibility of a permanent role after that period.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the site
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely on programme and to the required quality standards
Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records
Liaise with the client, consultants and project team
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulationsEssential Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects
Strong background in groundworks and external works
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
Excellent communication and organisational skills
