The Role – Teaching Assistant
In this Teaching Assistant role, you will support students on a 1:1 basis within the classroom and also outside the classroom. As a Teaching Assistant you will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team, you will help implement effective behaviour strategies and create a structured, supportive environment that promotes wellbeing and learning.
