SAP HR & Payroll Functional Consultant - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (UK/Ireland, Flexible Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Functional Consultant to support a large enterprise SAP HCM environment across the UK and Ireland.

In this role, you will provide functional support across SAP HR and Payroll, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and support ongoing SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support across SAP HR and Payroll modules
• Support SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and UK & Irish Payroll environments
• Gather business requirements and deliver functional configurations and enhancements
• Investigate and resolve production support issues and change requests
• Support testing activities including functional, integration, and regression testing
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and business stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve HR and Payroll business processes

Key Skills Required

• Strong SAP HCM functional experience across Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, and Compensation
• Experience with UK and/or Irish Payroll
• Experience with Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) using WDA and Fiori
• Strong SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud HR configuration experience
• Experience gathering business requirements and producing functional specifications
• Strong knowledge of SAP testing and project delivery life cycles
• SuccessFactors and SAP Concur experience would be advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Determination: Inside IR35
• Location: Hybrid - UK/Ireland (onsite approximately once every 3 weeks)
• Day Rate: Negotiable
