MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Letting Manager on a temporary basis in Norfolk.
The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills, good housing knowledge, leadership experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the lettings team to allocate vacant properties efficiently and in line with policy.
Drive performance across lettings and void management.
Manage, coach and develop Lettings Officers and support staff.
Build relationships with local authorities, housing providers and stakeholders.
Work with housing and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Monitor KPIs, including void turnaround, tenancy sustainment and customer satisfaction.
Implement service improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with housing legislation, GDPR and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits, manage void property risks and maintain accurate records.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in a Lettings Manager, Allocations Manager or similar social housing role.
Strong Housing Association or Local Authority background.
Proven leadership and team development experience.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience delivering service improvements and managing change.
Proficient in housing management systems and Microsoft Office
