Lettings Manager | Nottingham | £30,000 - £35,000

This is a newly created role due to expansion for this well-established business based in Nottingham for an experienced lettings manager to manage a portfolio over there residential, commercial and student accommodations

Reporting into the director you will be responsible for:

* Tenant Relations & Management

* Lease Management: Executing lease agreements, renewals, and managing tenant move-ins/move-out

* Issue Resolution: Acting as the primary contact for complaints, repairs, and emergencies

* Viewings: Be responsible for conducting all viewings for potential tenants

* Tennant Screening: Conducting affordability checks, background checks and references where needed

* Evictions: Managing legal, compliant eviction processes

* Property Marketing: Creating listings and advertising properties to attract suitable applicants

* Deposit Handling: Securing deposits in government approved schemes and negotiating fair deductions at move out

Skills Required:

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Knowledge of local property laws and regulations

* Proficiency in lettings management

* Organisational skills for maintenance scheduling

This is a private portfolio, which is still growing. Friendly supportive team. Applicants MUST have a driving license. Salary between £30,000 - £35,000
