ResponsibilitiesAs an Electronic Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of manufacturing test processes for cutting-edge technology products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Development and implementation of automated product test solutions
- Continuous improvement of manufacturing and test processes
- Monitoring and improving key performance metrics including yield, quality, throughput, and efficiency
- Collecting and analysing test and manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities
- Providing technical support and guidance to production and technician teams
- Hardware fault investigation and root cause analysis
- Creation and maintenance of engineering documentation
- Supporting new product introduction and global project implementations
- Collaborating with Hardware, Software, Design, Manufacturing and Operations teams worldwide
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng, BSc, M.Eng or equivalent) in:
- Electronic Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Or a related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience
- experience with programming or Scripting languages such as:
- Python
- Shell Scripting
- Perl
- Or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- experience in hardware testing or failure analysis
- Knowledge of manufacturing or production environments
- Familiarity with networking or telecommunications technologies
- experience with statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Exposure to project-based engineering work
