Mechanical Estimator

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the process and delivery of quality new build projects across a diverse portfolio of projects including, High End Residential, Commercial, and Industrial.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate Mechanical estimates for a range of new build projects
Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather relevant information
Assess project risks and opportunities to ensure competitive and viable bids
Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Contribute to value engineering and cost saving initiatives
Support the commercial and project teams through the pre-construction phase

Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in estimation software
