Stores OperativeLocation: Marlow
Pay Rate: £28,000 - £28,650 5% Bonus
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, 12:30pm finish on Friday)
This is a great opportunity for a Stores Operative to join a leading manufacturing environment on a permanent basis.
The role of Stores Operative will include:
Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming materials and components
Accurately storing stock and maintaining effective stock control using FIFO
Picking, kitting, packing, and issuing materials to support production
Carrying out inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock takes
Using ERP systems such as SYSPRO and Singlepoint to manage stock transactions
Supporting goods in, goods out, and internal material movement
Liaising with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environmentThe Stores Operative should have the following experience:
Experience working within a stores, logistics, or warehouse environment
Strong understanding of inventory and stock control processes
Experience using ERP or MRP systems
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident with picking, packing, and goods in/out duties
Strong communication and teamwork skills
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)Stores Operative Benefits:
Salary up to £28,650 5% bonus
Overtime available at enhanced rates
