Quality Controller (QC)
Permanent | 4 on 4 off shift pattern

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced operation, playing a key role in ensuring products consistently meet quality, safety and compliance standards. Working closely with operational and technical teams, you'll be responsible for maintaining quality standards and helping to drive continuous improvement across the site.

What you'll be doing

As a Quality Controller, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting quality inspections and checks in line with company procedures
Monitoring product quality and identifying any non-conformances
Completing quality records accurately and maintaining documentation
Escalating quality concerns and supporting corrective actions
Carrying out routine checks to ensure compliance with company standards
Supporting traceability exercises and internal audits when required
Communicating effectively with operational teams regarding quality performance
Assisting with investigations into customer complaints and quality issues
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality functionWhat we're looking for

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach and a passion for quality.
Ideally, you'll have:

Previous experience within a Quality Control, Quality Assurance or Technical role
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams
The ability to identify issues and take appropriate action
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
