As a Production & Process Engineer, you will benefit from:

As a Production & Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing New Product Introduction, establishing best practice and capturing lessons learnt for future builds
Producing and maintaining detailed work instructions to embed best practice across manufacturing processes
Recommending and evaluating tooling and capital equipment to improve build times and process effectiveness
Driving continuous improvement by investigating and rectifying issues affecting quality, process, or due date conformance
Maintaining KPIs and identifying training requirements across the Production team
As a Production & Process Engineer, your experience will include:

Experience in a Production/Process Engineer role within Electronics
ONC or HNC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work on multiple activities
Working knowledge of ISO14001 and AS9100 quality standards is advantageous
Computer literacy, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
