Silcom Recruitment are seeking a skilled professional to join a valued client of ours based in Bishops Waltham area with extensive aftersales, diagnostic, electric, or mechanical experience within the motor trade.

If you have the expertise to handle most major vehicle jobs, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Master Technician:

Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicles.

Conduct electrical system repairs and maintenance.

Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards.

Utilise diagnostic tools and software to identify and solve complex issues.

Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.

Package:

Basic Salary of up to £60,000!!

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 – No Weekends!
