We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician in Pyecombe. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals seeking to join a reputable franchised dealership offering competitive remuneration, comprehensive training, and career advancement opportunities.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £36,500, dependent on experience
Uncapped OTE potential of £40,000
Monday to Friday working hours (08:30 – 17:30)
1-in-2 Saturday rota (08:00 – 12:00)
Manufacturer-specific training programmes and ongoing professional development

Clear opportunities for career progression within a large automotive groupDuties of a Vehicle Technician:
Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
Conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring work is completed efficiently
Liaising directly with customers when required
Mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues to uphold high standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment adhering to safety regulations
Working in accordance with dealership processes and proceduresRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership
Class 4 MOT licence is desirable; full training can be provided for qualified individuals
Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Organised with the ability to meet deadlines
