Technical Delivery Manager - Windows 365

Contract: 6-Month

Rate: (Apply online only) (Inside IR35)

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid 2-3 days a week on-site)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager - Windows 365 to support the successful delivery of the Cloud Desktop 2026 / Windows 365 (Cloud PC) rollout.

Acting as the regional deployment lead on a hub-and-spoke model, you will be responsible for driving the local execution using centrally defined plans, processes, and materials. Working closely with programme teams, technical stakeholders, business leaders, and change champions, you will ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing engagement of Windows 365 across your region.

Key Responsibilities

Own regional delivery and day-to-day execution of the Windows 365 rollout.
Drive successful deployment activities in line with programme timelines and objectives.
Coordinate local business, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure deployment readiness.
Lead and support the regional change network, including local coordinators and champions.
Tailor and deliver communications, engagement activities, and awareness campaigns using centrally provided materials.
Manage and mitigate local risks, issues, constraints, and resistance to change, escalating blockers where required.
Support pilot deployments, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and readiness activities.
Monitor deployment and adoption metrics, ensuring targets are achieved and maintained.
Provide regular status updates, reporting, and insights to programme leadership.
Ensure a consistent and positive end-user experience throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Collaborate with programme, technical, and support teams to drive continuous improvement and successful adoption.Skills & Experience

Proven experience delivering large-scale Cloud Desktop and Windows 365 deployment programmes within complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Windows 365 (Cloud PC) technologies, deployment methodologies, adoption strategies, and operational readiness.
Experience leading Cloud Desktop transformation, End User Computing (EUC), digital workplace, or virtual desktop initiatives.
Demonstrated success managing regional or global Windows 365 rollouts and coordinating multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Proven ability to manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Experience supporting pilots, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and transition-to-service activities.
Strong understanding of user adoption, communications, training, and change management principles within Cloud Desktop environments.
Ability to track, analyse, and report on deployment and adoption KPIs, providing actionable insights to programme leadership.
Excellent planning, governance, and delivery management capabilities.
