Conduct detailed inspections, maintenance, and repairs on vans across multiple brands
Follow manufacturer repair procedures and job cards
Remove and refit parts efficiently across various vehicle models
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using problem-solving techniques
Perform safety checks and mechanical inspections on new arrivals
Maintain a clean and safe working environment as a Van Technician
Complete repairs within specified timeframes and quality standards
Support team members to foster a productive and collaborative work environmentRequirements of a Van Technician:
Proven experience as a Van Service Technician or in a similar role within the motor trade
Strong mechanical and electrical fitting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving work environments
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Willingness to undertake MOT testing qualification if not already qualified
