BDS have an exciting opportunity for a strong Administrator to join our operational team on a permanent basis. The role will be based at our Head Office in North Sheffield, working Monday to Friday.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Daily reporting on service activity
* Issuing ID badges & uniform
* Preparing spreadsheets for future activity and future rota’s
* Collating regular information from clients and passing to relevant staff
* Creating activity reports on a weekly and monthly basis
* Creating payroll reports
* Being the first point of contact for general queries and directing accordingly
* General housekeeping tasks including stationary ordering
* Cleansing and maintaining employee and ID files
* Requesting references from previous employers
* Processing DBS applications
* Managing group inboxes
* Booking training courses
* Liaising with office landlord for repairs
* Arranging statutory checks such as PAT testing
* Company car maintenance such as booking services
We are looking for applications from candidates who:
* Have excellent Excel skills including using filters, some formula’s and charts – much of the role is Excel based
* Have generally good IT/computer literacy skills
* Are self motivated and able to work to own initiative
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have good attention to detail and accuracy in day to day tasks
The role is based at our Head Office in Ecclesfield (2 minutes from J35 of the M1). We are looking for candidates who can work between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, however the right candidate must be able to be in the office 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Our office opening hours are 9am to 5pm so hours will need to be worked during this time.
Previous experience in admin roles would be an advantage and we are keen to hear from applicants who can bring some spark and enthusiasm to the role!
