We are working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Northampton that is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join its permanent team from September 2026. The Role
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects
Working with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to reinforce learning and improve confidence
Providing additional support for pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional learning needs
Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
Helping students develop independence, resilience, and engagement with their learning
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
This Role Could Be Ideal If You
