Encouraging student confidence, independence, and engagement in the classroom
Promoting positive behaviour and supporting students' emotional wellbeing throughout the school day
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all pupils
The Ideal Candidate
Has a genuine passion for supporting young people, particularly those with SEN
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a calm, positive approach
Builds strong relationships with students, staff, and parents through excellent communication skills
Is reliable, flexible, and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
Experience in education, SEN, care, youth work, or a similar setting is desirable but not essential
Is enthusiastic about learning new skills and developing a long-term career within education
