SEN Learning Support Assistant
Location: Northampton
Contract: Full time (5 days a week)
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: £95-£110

We are working with a specialist school who are seeking a dedicated, caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) working directly with pupils to support their learning, communication, and emotional development.
Children from age 7 to 18 attend this school with a range of complex needs including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language and communication difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.
