A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
Proven experience in a strategic HR role within the professional services industry.
A strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.
Experience within Professional services.
Experience in leading organisational change and managing complex HR projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
