Join a business that's growing, evolving and investing in its people.

We're partnering with a fast-growing, investor-backed organisation operating within a highly regulated, technical services environment. Having experienced significant growth in recent years, the business is entering an exciting phase of continued expansion and transformation.

This is an opportunity to join a commercially focused HR team where you'll work closely with senior leaders to shape organisational capability, support change and influence business performance.

If you enjoy working at pace, thrive in evolving environments and want to play a genuine role in business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

Supporting one of the organisation's key business divisions, you'll partner with operational and functional leaders across a diverse, technically skilled workforce.

Reporting into the senior HR leadership team, you'll act as a trusted commercial partner, supporting organisational change, workforce planning, business integration and complex people challenges.

This is far more than a traditional HR Business Partner role. You'll influence strategic decisions, support organisational growth and help develop scalable people solutions that enable commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

*

Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercially focused people solutions.

*

Support organisational growth, transformation and business change initiatives.

*

Lead and advise on TUPE, restructuring and complex employee relations matters.

*

Coach and influence stakeholders, providing pragmatic, commercially balanced advice.

*

Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness, capability and performance.

*

Use data and insight to support workforce planning and business decision making.

*

Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to continuously improve processes, systems and ways of working.

About You

You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner who enjoys working in fast-paced, commercially focused organisations.

You must be able demonstrate:

*

Experience within technical, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, environmental or similarly operational sectors.

*

Experience from an investor-backed, acquisition-led business where you've supported organisational change and transformation.

*

Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how HR contributes to business performance.

*

Experience leading organisational change, TUPE and business integration activities.

*

The confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.

*

A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, balancing commercial objectives with governance and compliance.

*

Experience working within regulated or health and safety critical environments.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a business that values commercial thinking, continuous improvement and collaboration.

You'll work alongside an experienced HR leadership team who view HR as a strategic business function, empowering you to influence decisions, drive positive change and contribute to the organisation's continued success.

If you're motivated by growth, transformation and helping businesses perform at their best, we'd love to hear from you
