The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling parts and components to build electro-mechanical products, including servo motors and PCB sub-assemblies. They will assemble components accurately; test completed assemblies and report any faults. This role also involves testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing any issues that may arise. The successful
Assembly Technician must work safely and efficiently using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and other equipment, such as T-bars, Allen keys, and screwdrivers. They must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and ensure that all products meet quality and safety
standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assemble components in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
• Build electro-mechanical products, including servo motors and PCB sub-assemblies.
• Test completed assemblies for correct operation and functionality.
• Perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Identify and replace defective assembly components.
• Investigate and diagnose faults in assemblies.
• Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
