We’re Taiko — the people behind some of the UK’s most innovative Sushi, Food to Go and Prepared Meals.

Since 1997, we’ve been shaking things up, launching more first-to-market sushi and food-to-go products than anyone else in the UK. You’ll find us supplying Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and more — but we still think and move like a challenger brand.

Fast paced. Always evolving. Never standing still.

Experience managing freight forwarders, 3PLs and logistics partners

Comfortable working with ERP/WMS systems and data (Excel skills essential)

A natural problem-solver with strong organisational and negotiation skills

Confident communicating and influencing across teams and stakeholders

A continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma experience is a bonus)

Key Responsibilities
