Yorkshire Precision Engineering Ltd are a successful busy Sub Contract Engineering Company and are looking for an experienced CNC Sliding Head Machinist, offering excellent rates of pay to the right candidate.
Job Description CNC Sliding Head Machinist
* Setting and Operating CNC Star Sliding Head Lathes
* Working to tight tolerances
* Producing high precision batch work components anywhere from 50 off to 1000s off.
* Setting and Operating using Fanuc Controls
* Producing parts from various general engineering and exotic materials
* Operating and setting on New and upto date machinery
Skills Required CNC Sliding Head Machinist
* Setting and Operating CNC Fixed or Sliding head Lathes experience
* (The ability to program is advantageous but not essential)
* Previous experience working within a high precision manufacturing environment.
* The ability to read and Interpret engineering drawings
* Must be Self-motivated, dedicated and able to work under own initiative.
200 hours holiday per year (23days) + Statutory holidays
Every 3 years service 10 hours holiday added.
4 Day Week
Working 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 5:00pm noon

Pay is Monthly
Wage dependant on skill level.
