Are you a Quality Engineer with a manufacturing background? Do you have experience working with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems? Are you looking to join a company that actively develops and promotes its people whilst offering long-term career progression?

Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their quality team with the addition of a Quality Engineer who will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting continuous improvement and developing manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will act as the quality lead for designated customer accounts whilst supporting manufacturing operations through process audits, statistical analysis and problem-solving activities. Working closely with production, engineering and management teams, you will utilise quality core tools to identify improvement opportunities, investigate non-conformances and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Quality Engineer looking to join a business that invests heavily in employee development, with clear opportunities to progress into senior engineering and management positions.

The Role:

Supporting manufacturing quality across production and customer accounts
Carrying out internal process and system audits
Supporting 8D investigations and root cause analysis
Using SPC, MSA and process capability studies to drive continuous improvement

Quality Engineer with previous manufacturing or engineering experience
Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems
Experience with quality core tools such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D and capability studies
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
