Duties in this Clinical Lead role:
Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff.
Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives.
Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met.
Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.The ideal candidate for this Clinical Lead role will be:
Must be a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Have good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance.
