Supporting Futures is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading national harm reduction charity, for an experienced Clinical Lead to embedding and developing substance misuse services across Derby.
Our client has recently been awarded the Pan-Derby City contract, creating a unique opportunity to support with its mobilisation while supporting an established, high-performing service through an exciting new phase.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior registered healthcare professional to lead clinical practice and excellence whilst helping shape the service’s future under our client’s new leadership.
The Opportunity
Strategic and operational clinical leadership across Derby’s treatment services, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based and trauma-informed care
Clinical governance, quality and patient safety
Medicines management and prescribing assurance
Safeguarding and complex case management
Clinical supervision and operational management of clinical staff
Service improvement and innovation
Partnership working across health, social care and criminal justiceWe're Looking For
Clinical experience (including Nursing, Therapeutic, Pharmaceutical and/ or Physician/ Clinician) and a professional registration (NMC, GPhC etc)
Operational management experience and experience of leading multidisciplinary clinical teams
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, CQC standards, safeguarding and medicines management
Highly desirable that you have experience within prescribing and/ or experience within substance misuse/ related clinical settings
An Independent Prescribing qualification or advanced clinical qualification would be highly desirable
A passion for improving outcomes through compassionate, trauma-informed leadershipWhy Apply?
