7.5t Sweeper Driver

7.5T Sweeper Driver to join a team of valued key workers and help make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in.

As a 7.5T Sweeper Driver, you'll:

Safely drive and operate specialist 7.5T street sweeping vehicles
Clean designated roads, footways, public spaces, and highways
Remove litter, leaves, debris, and other waste materials
Carry out bulky waste collections in accordance with operational requirements
Lead and complete daily routes efficiently and safely
Conduct vehicle checks and accurately report defects or maintenance issues
Complete all required compliance documentation, including working hours and fleet records
Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
Maintain relevant licences, qualifications, and training requirementsYour typical working hours will be:

7am to 3.15pm, Monday - Friday What you'll need to do the role:

Full UK Driving Licence with C1 (7.5T) entitlement
Previous experience driving 7.5T vehicles is desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Willingness to undertake additional training where required
Commitment to maintaining a valid driving licence and reporting any changes promptly
