What We're Looking For:
Qualifications
* A relevant Health and Social Care or healthcare qualification at Level 4 or above.
* GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
* A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.
* Assessor and/or Verifier qualifications, or a willingness to work towards achieving them.
Experience
* Recent vocational or sector experience within a healthcare setting.
* Experience working in a healthcare or clinical role.
* Experience of teaching, training, coaching or supporting learners in an educational or professional environment.
* Evidence of continued professional development and maintaining current industry knowledge.
Skills and Attributes
* Excellent subject knowledge within Health and Social Care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.
* A flexible, positive and collaborative approach to work.
* A genuine commitment to supporting learners and promoting their success.
* An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
