Salary: £33,429 - £46,618 per annum (including London Weighting, pro-rata for part-time)

Contract Type: Full-time (36 hours per week) OR Part-time (21.6 hours per week)

Part-time Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

About the Department

Our Health and Social Care section is a highly successful, dynamic, and vibrant department within the College. We deliver a comprehensive range of courses primarily to learners aged 16-19, successfully preparing them for rewarding careers across the health and social care sectors.

The Role

We are seeking to appoint both a full-time and a part-time Lecturer to teach across a diverse range of qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the healthcare workforce.

You will be teaching on programmes including:

Level 3 T Level Technical Qualification in Health and Science

BTEC RQF Health and Social Care (Levels 1-4)

Access to Higher Education (Health and Human Science)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of industry expertise and a passion for education.

Requirements:

A degree in Nursing or a relevant health/social care discipline.

Current or recent clinical experience gained within the health or social care sector.

The ability to effectively teach Health and Science subjects.

Prior experience in teaching, training, or assessing.

Teaching Qualification: If you do not already hold a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the Further Education (FE) sector, we are fully committed to supporting and funding you to achieve this.

Sponsorship Note: Visa sponsorship may be available for the full-time position.
