Full Time (39 hours) & Part Time (30 hours) opportunities available

Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join a supportive team in Tonbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants a rewarding career where no two days are the same.
This is a fantastic opportunity whether you already have experience in care or are looking for a career change. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What you'll be doing:
• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and communication needs in daily activities
• Encouraging independence and community engagement
• Supporting social activities and helping maintain relationships with family and friends
• Assisting with shopping, household tasks and day-to-day living
• Supporting with personal care where required
• Helping create a positive, enjoyable and safe environment every day
• Driving service users using mobility vehicles where needed
What we're looking for:
• Full UK manual driving licence – essential
• Access to your own vehicle – essential
• Flexible approach to working shifts across weekdays and weekends
• Positive, caring and reliable attitude
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
Shift patterns include:
• 7:00am – 2:00pm / 4:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 12:00pm – 4:00pm / 10:00pm
• No night shifts
