Job Description

Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national care provider to recruit Support Workers in Tonbridge.

This service supports two adult males with autism, ADHD, and epilepsy. The individuals enjoy activities at home such as gaming, watching films, and drawing, as well as being active in the community, including dining out and attending work.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Have a genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.

* Promote independence and person-centred care.

* Support individuals with daily living activities, community access, and personal care.

* Be confident, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality support.

* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to drive service users' vehicles when required.

Hours:

* Full-time opportunities available (39 hours per week).

* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
