Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities in line with the EYFS Framework
Create a stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity, exploration, and independence
Observe, assess, and monitor children's development to support their individual progress
Adapt activities to meet the varying needs and abilities of all pupils
Promote children's social, emotional, and communication development
Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Contribute to the wider Early Years provision and school community
Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within EYFS is desirable
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Creative approach to teaching and learning
Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential
