Children's Residential Support Worker - Temporary Ongoing Agency Role
Melksham £14.25 per hour £65 per sleep in
We're seeking committed, compassionate individuals to provide ongoing agency support within children's residential homes in Melksham. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while offering stability, encouragement, and positive role modelling.
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll be involved in:
Daily support - helping young people with routines, healthy meals, school preparation, and maintaining a safe, homely environment.
Personal development - supporting hobbies, friendships, new skills, and confidence?building activities.
Emotional wellbeing - creating space for young people to feel safe, relaxed, and understood.
Meaningful relationships - offering consistent care, safeguarding, and positive role modelling.
Team collaboration - working alongside permanent staff and external professionals to deliver high quality care.

UK driving licence
